New patients

Your first visit is one hour long and includes both a consultation and a treatment. Please print the New Patient Form to fill out for your first visit.

Your one-hour consultation includes:

  • a comprehensive assessment that determines the cause of injury,
  • an easy-to-understand explanation of it, and
  • a treatment plan to facilitate a quick recovery. 

Your 30 minute treatment includes:

  • soft tissue release and myofacial release
  • muscle energy technique
  • joint and tissue mobilization

Any subsequent visits for treatment are 30 minutes long.
